BROOKLYN - A Silver Alert has been issued for a 62-year-old Crown Heights man with dementia.

Samson Ereku disappeared Saturday from his home on Eastern Parkway. His wife, Patsy Ereku, says she is desperate to find him.

"I'm asking people, if you see him please take him to a local police station or hospital," she says.

He is described as a slim, black man with a black-grayish beard and about 6 feet 2 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, khaki shorts and red sandals.

Patsy says that while this isn't the first time Samson has disappeared, it has never lasted this long.
