CYPRESS HILLS - A massive sinkhole opened up Wednesday in Cypress Hills.

Witnesses say it was noticed at Fulton Street and Autumn Avenue sometime in the morning.

As of Wednesday night, Department of Environmental Protection crews were at the scene making repairs.

Residents say they are happy no one was injured, especially in a highly commuted area.

There is no word on what caused the hole to form.
