BROOKLYN - Many Brooklyn pizzerias took part in a charity event that raised money to feed the hungry.

During the Slice Out Hunger event, New Yorkers could eat any slice imaginable for just $1 each.

Every dollar raised goes to the Food Bank of New York.

St. Anthony’s Church on Sullivan Street in SoHo hosted the event.
