THE BRONX - The snowstorm caused hazardous road conditions in the Bronx Tuesday.

Police say a small school bus skidded down East 194th Street and hit another school bus. No one was injured, but students say they were stuck there waiting for more than two hours.

Mayor Bill de Blasio urged residents to stay off the roads until the end of the snowstorm so that crews could take care of the streets.

The storm dumped as much as a foot of snow on the borough before clearing out.
