BROOKLYN - The snow removal continued Tuesday, following a weekend blizzard that left much of the region buried.

In Crown Heights, residents dug out cars along Eastern Parkway.

Workers were still salting the sidewalk outside the Brooklyn Botanic Garden.

The city's Department of Parks and Recreation said crews would be out all day clearing snow from obstructed sidewalks.
