BROOKLYN - While many Brooklyn residents are applauding the city's snow removal this time around, some neighborhoods are still coping with the aftermath of the latest wintry blast.
East New York in particular is one area that remains neglected. Residents say many of their streets still aren't passable after Wednesday's storm.
A school bus picking up children this morning got stuck on Williams Street, prompting the Department of Sanitation to come dig it out. Some local commuters complained that the messy roads made them late for work.
