Stolen pup returned to Marine Park pet store

BROOKLYN - A little Yorkie stolen from a Marine Park pet store more than two weeks ago has been safely returned.

The now 8-week-old pup was taken from Puppy Paradise by two kids while a store worker was in the back office. A surveillance camera caught the incident on tape.

According to store owner David Dietz, the dog was brought back to the store Thursday, but not by the original thieves. He says he won't press charges against the kids and just hopes they learned their lesson.
