BROOKLYN - Subway platform conditions are getting better citywide, according to a new report.

The Straphangers Campaign says that riders are spotting fewer broken lights, cracked floors and overflowing garbage bags compared to a year ago.

Water damage and graffiti were the only aspects of subway platforms that worsened in the past year, according to the report.

The commuter advocacy group did find rodents on 10 percent of the city's platforms during its second-straight year conducting the survey.
