BRIGHTON BREACH - A community is demanding justice after a street sign honoring veterans was stolen in the Brighton Beach Area on Friday.

In 2005, community members renamed Oriental Boulevard, Heroes of Operation Iraqi Freedom Way. Now, the sign that once stood at the corner of Corbin Place and Oriental Boulevard has gone missing.

Residents of the area are stunned and want to know who would want to take the sign.

A city councilmember says there should be a replacement sign up by the end of next month.
