Streets blocked after BK Heights manhole fire

Several streets in Brooklyn Heights were blocked off today due to manhole fires in the area.Police say an underground fire caused five different manhole covers

BROOKLYN HEIGHTS - Several streets in Brooklyn Heights were blocked off today due to manhole fires in the area.

Police say an underground fire caused five different manhole covers to blow off this morning. Police, firefighters, National Grid and Con Edison workers are investigating the incident.

Police have not reported any injuries.
