Studebaker service station on Dean Street unveiled after $30 million redevelopment

CROWN HEIGHTS - Developers and local officials cut the ribbon at the newly redeveloped Studebaker service station on Dean Street in Crown Heights Tuesday afternoon.

The four-story, 150,000-square-foot space received a $30 million makeover. Currently, there are 29 tenants, but it has a capacity for 100. 

One of those new tenants moving into 1000 Dean St. is a beer garden and food hall. It's opening in the coming months on the first floor.
