BROOKLYN - A group of Brooklyn teenagers created a film that was featured in Borough President Eric Adams' inauguration Sunday night.
Students from Coney Island Generation Gap's video film class spent three weeks shooting and editing the film called “One Brooklyn”, which was also the theme of Adams’ swearing-in ceremony.
The four-minute film features Eric Adams and Brooklyn residents, as well as prominent landmarks including Junior’s Restaurant, the Parachute Jump in Coney Island and the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
After the ceremony, students presented Adams with a shirt that reads “One Brooklyn”.
Students News 12 Brooklyn spoke with say they hope the shirt helps Adams remember their video and their support of his vision for Brooklyn.
