MANHATTAN - Some lucky Brooklyn students received a special tour of City Hall yesterday with Mayor Bill de Blasio himself.

The students from P.S. 15 and M.S. 442 took the tour with their after-school program from the Good Shepherd Services' Red Hook Community Center. One student described meeting the mayor as exciting and said he was very welcoming.

De Blasio is advocating for additional funding to bring universal pre-K and expanded after-school programs to New York City. He's waiting for Albany's approval to raise taxes on the wealthy to pay for the programs.
