Subways back to normal after weekend mess

BROOKLYN - The Metropolitan Transportation Authority says subway and bus service is back to normal after rain caused massive delays this weekend.

Heavy rain prompted the agency to suspend service on the N train between the Atlantic Avenue and Coney Island stops. Riders had to catch a shuttle bus to get to Coney Island yesterday.

Subway service has resumed and no delays on the N line due to rain are expected today, according to the MTA.
