BROOKLYN - Dozens of rescued cats will be up for adoption through the One Love Animal Medical Hospital's upcoming Summer Lovin' events.

Many of the cats were rescued just last month from a 9/11 first responder in the Bronx who reported becoming so ill that he couldn't spay or neuter his cats. The ASPCA found a total of 70 cats in his home.

The Summer Lovin' adoption events will be held this Sunday in Bay Ridge and Boerum Hill.
