BROOKLYN - Canarsie residents affected by Superstorm Sandy attended a second town hall meeting this week.

Residents had the opportunity to air their gripes and concerns, but the general sense was that the neighborhood is healing and getting back to normal.

The meeting was the second to be organized by U.S. Representative Hakeem Jeffries.
