Supporters rally to save Interfaith Medical Center, Long Island College Hospital

BROOKLYN - Supporters of Interfaith Medical Center rallied outside U.S. District Bankruptcy Court today, demanding funds from the city and state to keep the facility open.

Protesters tell News 12 that their fight isn't just about saving hospitals and keeping jobs, but about giving residents the health care they need.

Long Island College Hospital supporters also joined the protest today, as they wait for a contempt hearing to be held this week with the State University of New York.
