BROOKLYN - The NYPD has released surveillance video of a gunman wanted for wounding a 50-year-old man over the weekend. 

According to police, the victim was shot twice, once under the armpit and once in the shoulder, on Malcolm X Boulevard Sunday afternoon. 

The victim was rushed to the hospital and is expected to be OK. 

The suspect is described as a black man who stands about 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs around 190 pounds. 

Cops are urging anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS
