Surveillance video shows Park Slope sexual attack

PARK SLOPE - Police are searching for the suspect caught on surveillance video sexually assaulting a woman in Park Slope last month.

A camera attached to a light at 151 16th St. recorded the attack, which happened at around 11:30 p.m. The video shows a woman screaming and trying to resist her assailant. A neighbor across the street also claims to have heard the attack.

Police say a report was filed by a 24-year-old woman for attempted rape. No arrests have been made in connection to the case, and police say the victim and suspect did not know each other.
