Suspect back in custody after escaping police in Brooklyn

A teen robbery suspect is back in custody Wednesday after he escaped from police. Police say 19-year-old Dwayne McCleary escaped from their custody while still in handcuffs Tuesday.

BROOKLYN - A teen robbery suspect is back in custody Wednesday after he escaped from police. 

Police say 19-year-old Dwayne McCleary escaped from their custody while still in handcuffs Tuesday.

They say McCleary was brought to his home in Crown Heights by officers when he slipped away.

He was caught two hours later on the same street after a manhunt.

He was originally arrested for robbing a woman earlier this month.
