COBBLE HILL - Police evacuated businesses in Cobble Hill Tuesday after a suspicious device was found in an industrial park.

Witnesses say the device, which was found at 53 Ninth St., resembled an unexploded shell. Police say the device turned out to be harmless and there was no explosive found.

The device is now being held by the Emergency Services Unit.
