BROOKLYN - A letter filled with a suspicious white powder caused police to evacuate the 24th floor of the Brooklyn Supreme Court Thursday.

A Brooklyn judge?s secretary opened the letter and found the white powder. Police are not releasing the name of the intended recipient.

At least one person was decontaminated following the discovery. The health department is investigating the matter.
