BROOKLYN - A group of brave Brooklyn swimmers took an annual New Year's Day dip into the ocean today.

Members of the Coney Island Polar Bear Club have been jumping into the frigid Atlantic Ocean each year for the past 110 years.

The swim raises money for children with life-threatening illnesses.
