Teacher suing over alleged deplorable conditions of gymnasium

A teacher at P.S. 132 is accusing his bosses of doing little about unsafe conditions in the school's temporary gymnasium. Brian Ross says he is suing

WILLIAMSBURG - A teacher at P.S. 132 is accusing his bosses of doing little about unsafe conditions in the school's temporary gymnasium. 

Brian Ross says he is suing the school?s administrators after the principal of the school threatened his job if he didn't keep quiet about the conditions of an off-campus site used for gym class last school year. 

Ross says he has detailed pictures of the building conditions and other documentation proving that children should not have been allowed there. 

A representative from the Department of Education said the case is an ongoing investigation.
