BROOKLYN - A Brooklyn school is facing serious allegations of cheating, and it might be a shock who the alleged culprits are.The city's Special Commissioner of Investigation claims staff members of the High School for Youth and Community Development at the Erasmus Campus helped students skirt around Regents exam requirements. The investigation says teachers gave students answer keys for lab work that had to be done before the Living Environment exam. It's also alleged students were allowed to take the Regents even though they didn't finish their required labs. The students eventually had to retake the exam because of that.A spokesperson for the Department of Education says the actions mentioned in the report are totally unacceptable. The department is reviewing the roles of those mentioned in the report for disciplinary action.
