BROOKLYN - A teenager has been arrested after admitting to vandalizing the campaign office of a Brooklyn congressman.

According to police, three smashed windows were discovered at Congressman Michael Grimm's (R-District 13) Staten Island office on Sunday. They say a 14-year-old was charged with criminal mischief for the crime.
