BROOKLYN - The teenager accused of killing radio broadcaster George Weber is back in court today to discuss a new trial date.

In an earlier trial jurors said they were deadlocked on a verdict for 18-year-old John Katehis. Katehis is accused of stabbing George Weber more than 50 times in his Carroll Gardens home in March 2009.

Prosecutors say Weber met Katehis, who was 16 at the time, through a Craigslist ad the teen posted offering sex for money. The defense argued Weber preyed on an underage, money-desperate boy and that the stabbings were in self-defense.
