FLATBUSH GARDENS - Tenants of a Flatbush Gardens housing complex say conditions have not improved weeks after they reported garbage had piled up outside their buildings.

Maintenance workers have been locked out by management for weeks after they refused a wage decrease. Tenants are now calling on the management company, Renaissance Equity Holding, to fix more than 8,000 housing violations in the complex.

News 12 Brooklyn found open sewage and exposed wires in the building's basement.
