Tenants evacuated from Bushwick building

BUSHWICK - A Bushwick building was evacuated Thursday after fire officials say it began to lean and bricks fell off its exterior.

Emergency crews were called to 671 Bushwick Ave. and tenants exited the building. Tenants say the building has long had structural problems.

Department of Buildings investigators say the building is not in danger of collapsing and tenants were allowed back into their apartments.
