‘The Annoyance’ laugh academy in Williamsburg generates future comedians

BROOKLYN - The borough’s first-ever laugh academy has burst onto the scene in Williamsburg. 

Anyone with dreams of becoming a comedian can get started at “The Annoyance,” where both new and seasoned laugh generators are honing in their improv skills. 

The school offers five classes for eight weeks, all taught by experts in comedy.  

At the end of the course, the group puts on a show in hopes that it opens up new doors toward a career.
