BROOKLYN - A subway riders' group has released its annual report of the city's best and worst subway lines this week.

The Straphangers Campaign says that the No. 7 line is the best in the city.

The worst is a tie between the No. 5 and B lines.

The report also found that more trains are breaking down, while cleanliness and other factors remain about the same.

In response to the report, the MTA says that with this year's record ridership, a fully funded program is vital to serving the city's public transportation needs.
