Third-grader says he was punched by unknown man

A Flatbush third-grader says a man walked up to him after school hours and punched him in the face after he accidentally hit the unknown

BROOKLYN - A Flatbush third-grader says a man walked up to him after school hours and punched him in the face after he accidentally hit the unknown assailant?s car with a snowball.

Justice Vincent, 8, says he was throwing snowballs with his friend outside P.S. 315 when one hit the man?s car. The student noticed the man running after him and Vincent ran into the school. Vincent says that?s when the man walked into his school and punched him.

Vincent says no teachers or staff were around to see the incident. Police are now looking for a man that matches the assailant?s description.
