Thousands cycle through NYC in bike tour

The country's largest bike tour rolled through the Bronx Sunday.

More than 30,000 cyclists from around New York City and the country rode their bikes from Manhattan to Staten Island as part of the TD Five Boro Bike Tour.

BROOKLYN - The country's largest bike tour rolled through the Bronx Sunday.

More than 30,000 cyclists from around New York City and the country rode their bikes from Manhattan to Staten Island as part of the TD Five Boro Bike Tour.

The 40-mile tour was organized by Bike New York and REI. The money raised from the tour will fund bicycle education programs for children and adults.

Organizers urged people to be cautious when riding due to Sunday's rainy conditions.
