Tivoli Towers tenants outraged over broken elevator

CROWN HEIGHTS - Firefighters returned to the Tivoli Towers to rescue tenants again after the broken elevator that was said to have been fixed got stuck.

Just 48 hours after residents in the building say the elevator was supposed to be fixed, the issues continued in the 33-floor building.

Many residents want answers and some have even opted to take the stairs.

The Department of Buildings returned to the building on Wednesday and is filing a criminal court summons to pressure the building's landlord into having the problem fixed.
