Truck plows into Canarsie warehouse

A City Harvest delivery truck slammed head-on into a building in Canarsie this afternoon.Police say the driver lost control of the truck on Alabama Avenue

BROOKLYN - A City Harvest delivery truck slammed head-on into a building in Canarsie this afternoon.

Police say the driver lost control of the truck on Alabama Avenue when he slammed into a wall of a warehouse.

Officials say that no one inside the building was hurt and the driver was able to walk away from the accident.

Building officials came on scene to examine the structural stability of the building and deemed it safe.

Police say the driver is not expected to face any charges.
