BROOKLYN - Police have arrested and charged a 24-year-old man in connection with an East Flatbush shooting outside of a house party.
Tyrone Brown, of Crown Heights, is accused of opening fire at the home on East 52nd Street near Clarendon Road. The homeowner says his nephew hosted the party, and a man showed up with a gun just after midnight on Sunday.
