Unsolicited ads get negative reaction in Park Slope

PARK SLOPE - An increasing number of Park Slope residents are railing against unsolicited ads being placed on their doorsteps.

Residents have resorted to placing placards on their stoops explaining that no ads, fliers or menus will be accepted.

Business owners say the campaign against ads hurts their businesses. They say it hurts their ability to sell products to new customers.
