USPS: Monday will be busiest mail day of year

BROOKLYN - Brooklyn residents heading to the post office Monday may want to give themselves plenty of time.Monday is expected to be the busiest day of the year for post offices in Brooklyn and the rest of the country.The United States Postal Service says it expects to get 830 million pieces of mail. The USPS says it is about 40 percent more than the amount of mail it receives on an average day.U.S. Postal Service
