Authorities say a New York City housing van slammed into a New York City Housing Authority complex this afternoon after being cut off by another

BROOKLYN - Authorities say a New York City housing van slammed into a New York City Housing Authority complex this afternoon after being cut off by another vehicle. The accident happened at 5-11 Howard Ave. Witnesses say a black car cut off the van and the van?s driver swerved, causing it to crash into the building. The driver had to be cut out of the vehicle, but no one was injured.
