BROOKLYN - Vendor registration is now closed for the West Indian-American Day Carnival set to take place Labor Day weekend.

Vendors scramble every year to get a prime position at what is considered by many as the largest street fair in the city.

The fair ends on Monday, Sept. 5, with a parade along Eastern Parkway.
