GREENWOOD HEIGHTS - For months, occupants of the VFW building on 3rd Avenue say it has been damaged by water seeping in from a neighboring building owned by CBS.

The VFW says the water is ruining their ballroom, bathrooms and roof.

Kenneth Dunn, a commander with the VFW, says the repairs have totaled about $90,000.

A CBS spokesman says they're working on getting permits to make the repairs.
