BROOKLYN - Police have released the identity of a woman killed during a three-car crash in East Flatbush.

According to authorities, 54-year-old Rosa Eubanks was pronounced dead at Brookdale Hospital after she collided with another car and a tractor-trailer at Taylor and Ralph avenues.

A 22-year-old man driving the second car is listed in stable condition at Brookdale Hospital, and the driver of the truck was not hurt.

The grisly pileup was all caught on surveillance video early Tuesday. Police say no arrests have been made.
