Investigators believe he suffered a heart attack while driving on Marine Parkway.

BROOKLYN - Police have identified the man who was killed in a Marine Park crash Wednesday. 

Authorities say 61-year-old Preston Byrd was heading southbound on Marine Parkway when he lost control and crashed into a parked car at around 2:30 p.m. 

Investigators believe Byrd suffered a heart attack while driving. 

He was rushed to Beth Israel Medical Center and pronounced dead.
