BROOKLYN - The NYPD has released surveillance video of a suspect wanted in connection with a five-person shooting in Bushwick.

Police want to talk to 23-year-old Curtis Peterson. Investigators report that he is about 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs around 160 pounds and has brown eyes and short black hair.

Investigators say Peterson was among a group of men who approached the victims outside Hope Ballfield on Menahan Street Saturday.

Investigators believe an argument broke out, stemming from an incident the previous day, and shots were fired into a crowd.

The youngest of the victims is in his 20s, and the oldest is in her 60s. All five are expected to be OK.

Community leaders and residents outraged by the violence are calling for stricter gun laws and are urging those who witness crimes to come forward with information.

Police recovered a 9 mm handgun from the scene. If you have any information that can help police, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
