BEDFORD-STUYVESANT - A vigil was held tonight for the victim in a Lafayette Gardens Housing Complex shooting.

Nicoleia Taylor, 24, was struck by a stray bullet at the housing complex on Tuesday.

An alleged accomplice in the case, 34-year-old Allen Shaw, was arrested Thursday and is being charged with criminal possession of a weapon.

Police believe Shaw handed the weapon to the suspected shooter, Corey Brown, prior to the incident. Police say Brown, 21, is still at large.

Anyone with information is being asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
