EAST FLATBUSH - A vigil was held Wednesday night for a Brooklyn teen who was shot to death Monday.

Police say 19-year-old Pharley Petigny was gunned down near the intersection of Beverly Road and East 31st Street in East Flatbush.

Petigny's mother, Yvonia, says she spoke with her son less than an hour before he was killed. She says she lingered on the phone with him until he said "I love you."
