CANARSIE - All voting machines are back up and running after issues this morning sent nearly 100 frustrated Brooklyn residents out the door without a chance to cast their vote.

Machines didn't arrive to I.S. 211 until 8 a.m., but were supposed to be there at 5 a.m. Voters say they arrived only to find that the machines weren't there yet.

Coordinators and voters agree that it was a frustrating way to start primary day.

Many of the people who left say they had to go to work and likely won't get back in time to cast their votes before the polls close at 9 p.m.
