According to authorities, Angel Rojas, 39, was shot in the head while on his way home from work on a B15 bus at Marcus Garvey Boulevard and Lafayette Avenue Thursday.

BROOKLYN - A wake was held Monday for the man who was shot and killed on a B15 bus last week.

Angel Rojas, 39, was shot in the head on a B15 bus last Thursday as he was on his way to work. The suspect in his death, 14-year-old Kahton Anderson, is now facing charges of second-degree murder, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal use of a firearm.

Rojas worked at two bodegas to provide for his wife and two children. The Bodega Association has pledged its support for his family, donating $5,000 for funeral costs.

The Rojas family will fly to their native Dominican Republic on Tuesday, where Angel will be buried.
