BROOKLYN - Construction projects on the roads and rails around Brooklyn may cause traffic issues for commuters.

Bridge Street will be closed throughout the weekend from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Myrtle Avenue to Willoughby Street, near the Jay Street Metro-Tech Station.

Pierrepont Street will also be closed on Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Clinton Street to Cadman Plaza West.

Alternate side of the street parking rules will be in effect for the weekend.

Weekend track work will be in effect as well as restorations and Extensions on the B4, 24, 39,57, 64, 69 bus lines.
