Construction on the roads and rails could slow you down this weekend.

BROOKLYN - If you plan on traveling in and around the borough this weekend, there are some constructions projects on the roads and rails that could slow you down or change your plans.

Bridge Street will be closed between Fulton and Willoughby streets on both Saturday and Sunday from 6 a.m. until 9 p.m.

Nevins Street will also be shut down between Livingston and Schermerhorn streets from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. all weekend.

A lot of track work is taking place on the subway system. Mass transit riders should double check all schedules for service changes and delays before heading out.

Alternate side of the street parking rules will be in effect citywide.
